South Miami's Farmers Market has moved to 7701 SW 76 Ave, which is the grounds of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Miami.
Gone is the Stand at City Hall, the wonderful green tent where you could find all kinds of goodies.

However, those goodies are available now at the Unitarian location, situated in a quite neighborhood just north of Dadeland Mall.

Some of the wonderful goodies available:
Soy products from Soy Natural |
Colorful selection of vegetables from one of the vendors |
Freakin' Flamingo jams and preserves |
The market goes until June. So far every week I have visited there have been new vendors bringing their unique goods.
Some of the vendors are Soy B Natural featuring soy soaps, candles and freshners. Siggi's Organic Farm which brings its wonderful produce and products. Urban Oasis Project brings local produce from various farms and every week there is something different.
Yes, it's too bad the non-profit market had to move from City Hall. The City of South Miami brought in the Market Company, a for-profit organization, to set up their tents at Sunset Place mall creating a market much like the one they run at Pinecrest Gardens on Sunday.
Still the Southwest Community Farmers Market offers local organic produce at prices below the for-profit markets vendors.
So hop on your 2 wheel ride and bike on over every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm until June.
